~ The scripture lesson for Sunday, April 5,
is Acts 26:8 (Sunrise) and Revelation 1:9-18 (11:00).
The sermon titles for Sunday, April 5,
will be "He Is Risen Indeed!" (Sunrise) and "Behold, I Am Alive" (11:00).
~ Next Sunday, April 12,
we will observe the sacrament of Communion.
Please prepare spiritually to receive the gifts of the Lord's Table.

~ Employment Opportunity! ~
Pam Jones will be retiring as Church Secretary at the end of June.
If anyone is interested in applying for the position of Church Secretary,
please speak with any member of the Stewardship, Staff and Budget Committee:
Ralph Oakes, John Elmer, John Hensley, Gretchen Cumpston, or
Carolyn McCandless. The position is 8 -10 hours per week with flexible
scheduling and would begin the first of July. Thank you.

Child Evangelism of Butler County will be presenting a 5 Day Club (VBS)
here at Harmony July 13 - 17, from 6:30 - 8:00 pm each evening.

APRIL EVENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
Baby Quilting meets on Mondays at 10 am. Men's Prayer meets on Wednesdays at 6 am. Check weekly bulletin for cancelations or rescheduling of these two events.
Thursday, April 2nd - Maundy Thursday Observance. Covered-dish dinner @ 6 pm. Communion @ 7 pm. Our friends from Trinity Community Church will be joining us.
Sunday, April 5th - Easter Sunday; Sunrise Service in the Fireplace Room @ 7 am. Breakfast to follow Sunrise Service, prepared by the Men's Prayer Group. Traditional Worship Service in the Sanctuary @ 11 am.
Thursday, April 9th - Deacons Meeting, 7 pm.
Sunday, April 12th - Communion and Mission Offering received. Home Communion will be delivered that afternoon.
Saturday, April 18th - Book Club, 9 am. See Becky Sopher for more information.
Wednesday, April 22nd - Trustees Meeting, 7 pm.
Thursday, April 23rd - Session Meeting, 7 pm.
Friday, April 24th - Last Soup Supper until Fall, 4:30-6:30 pm. Free meal of soup, crackers/bread, beverage and dessert. Open to the Community.
Sunday, April 26th - Last Soup Luncheon until Fall. Lunch will follow the worship service. Served in the Fellowship Hall.

Sunday, May 10th - we will receive our Mission Offering. This offering goes 100% to our Mission Partners locally and abroad. This day is also Mother's Day! Happy Mother's Day!

Thursday, May 21st - is the deadline for submissions to Harmony Happenings, June-July issue. WORD documents preferred.
Saturday, May 23rd - Spring Work Day @ 8 am - sponsored by the Trustees. Lunch provided. Jobs for all ages and abilities.
